Our Implementation Process:

  • Plan: A member of the project teams works one on one with your stakeholders to determine requirements, identify roles and establish a project schedule
  • Define: Your implementation plan is presented - including with dates and proposed solution by providing mock-ups of the solution based on requirements
  • Build: CD2 begins development on a system that adapted to your unique business needs
  • Configure: You’ll work with our team to set up and test the product, to ensuring it meets your requirements and branding criteria
  • Train: Engage your team in training sessions to explain the various system features, available onsite or via WebEx. System documentation and online lessons are also available
  • Deliver: Activate your online learning solution for official use. As the new site is used, we will engage your support team to answer any additional site questions and provide documentation on those questions.

Educational Services

As part of the implementation process, training is provided. However organizations may desire additional training for their teams. Ask your CD2 project manager about your training plan. Training can be delivered both onsite and online depending on your contract.
