Graphic Designer/eLearning Content Developer

CD2 Learning is seeking a multi-talented Graphic Designer to design and create high-end courses and training resources for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in development of conceptual design
• Participate is course storyboarding and coming up with creative and intuitive solutions for online learning
• Work with clients and team to design rich and interactive online training content
• Create instructional training videos
• Design and create customized simulations, activities, assessments, and games
• Create, load and manage lesson content

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external team members
• High Creativity and Design background and skills (Applicants asked to provide a portfolio of examples)
• Strong background and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign a must)
• Experience and/or comfort with basic video editing software
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines
• Basic understanding and application of HTML/CSS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
